Job Description

Position Overview

Hi, I'm Bobby, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at EnsoData. We are growing our sales team by hiring Account Executives who are self‐starters and passionate about making healthcare better. This remote role covers territories including Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and the eastern part of Montana, with a team member based in Minneapolis, MN. You will work under our West Coast Regional Sales Director, Trey Nichols, focusing on growing our EnsoSleep HST solution for sleep and referring physicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strive to exceed the monthly revenue quota.
  • Identify prospective customers, generate and convert leads; collaborate with new and existing clients to understand needs and sell solutions.
  • Coordinate the sales process with marketing and the Sales Engineer for product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with the RSD and/or CCO.
  • Maintain accurate customer details in our CRM, HubSpot.
  • Partner with Marketing and other teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Represent EnsoData by traveling to trade shows and onsite demonstrations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sleep medicine, specifically home sleep testing sales (experience with PPG is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Software as a Medical Device, SaaS, or healthcare software sales is preferred.
  • Clinical aptitude, strong business acumen, and a diligent work ethic.
  • A hunter mindset with creative thinking.
  • 5+ years of account executive experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience closing business in a health system; enterprise health system sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with a CRM is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
  • Experience working with remote and hybrid teams.
  • Prior experience at a startup, tech, or software engineering company is a bonus.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
