Desert Sky Roofing is one of Southern Arizona’s fastest-growing residential roofing companies. We exist to provide legendary roofing experiences through honesty, communication, and quality workmanship. We are seeking a marketing professional or a highly motivated college student/recent graduate in marketing, communications, or business, who wants hands‑on experience growing a real local brand—not just posting content, but driving real results.
This role requires IN PERSON filming and content creation from roofs in a construction environment. Applicants must be comfortable with heights, able to climb ladders, and physically located in Tucson, Arizona.
The right person will be adaptable, a team player with leadership qualities, creative, analytical, and passionate about presenting our brand. Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour for a part‑time schedule (18–25 hours per week) that could quickly evolve into a full‑time, salaried role with bonuses based on legitimate leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content—including graphics, videos, and written posts—that generates active leads for our estimators.
- Manage social media scheduling and monitor social listening channels to gauge audience engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to increase organic reach.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess campaign performance.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to boost engagement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to strengthen online relationships.
- Collaborate on branding initiatives, public relations activities, and e‑commerce strategies.
- Proofread all content before publication to maintain high-quality standards.
- Support photography and video editing projects to produce engaging visual content aligned with branding goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong familiarity with social media management tools.
- Proficiency in modern marketing applications and programs such as Adobe, Canva, GoHighLevel, MetaSuite, and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in social listening, social media marketing, branding, public relations, and relationship management.
- Skills in video editing, photography, Facebook Advertising, e‑commerce platforms, and web analytics are highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends and continuous learning.
