Position Overview

As a dynamic and motivated Treasury Sales Associate on the Healthcare, Education, Not-For-Profit (HENFP) team – a major division of the Global Commercial Bank – you will help drive Responsible Growth by delivering tailored treasury solutions for clients in healthcare, education, and not-for-profit sectors. You will work alongside Treasury Sales Officers, providing support from sale through implementation while influencing peers and challenging the status quo in treasury management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist two Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) in managing and expanding client relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Sales Assistance: Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs in support of the sales process.
- Opportunity Generation: Develop strategies to grow revenue and increase treasury product penetration.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of treasury products including cash management, liquidity solutions, payment services, and commercial cards.
- Cost Analysis & Documentation: Complete price/cost benefit analyses, organize card agreements, and gather required documentation for implementation.
- Market Research & Data Management: Conduct industry research to identify trends and maintain accurate client and sales pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners in credit, risk, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of treasury solutions.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and Bank of America's product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, finance, or related industry, with exposure to treasury products and services
- Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment; Treasury experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Passion for serving the healthcare, education, and not-for-profit sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) Certification
- Prior experience in a sales support or client service role within a financial institution
- Proven experience prospecting and developing new business
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- In-depth knowledge of the unique financial needs and challenges faced by healthcare, education, and not-for-profit organizations
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Pay range of $85,000.00 - $108,000.00 annualized salary, determined based on experience, education and skill set.
