Market Analyst - Marketing Automation

Position Overview

Join Rehlko as a Marketing Automation Associate reporting to the Director of Lead Conversion. In this hybrid role (2 days in-office in Kohler, WI or Milwaukee, WI), you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of automated marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with AI-based phone and SMS campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy multistep customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Create and manage segmented campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications while ensuring data hygiene and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, sales, product, and analytics teams to define audience criteria and optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and report performance metrics, contributing to A/B testing and continuous improvement of customer engagement.
• Document processes, support platform administration tasks, and troubleshoot campaign issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or 5+ years of marketing experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, email/SMS marketing, or marketing automation.
• 2+ years of demonstrated, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
• Experience with SQL for segmentation and Automation Studio queries.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for updating email templates.
• Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud preferred) and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with AI-based lead qualification and booking tools.
