Job Description

Position Overview

As the Project Manager – Beer & Beverage Marketing at Taphandles, you will own and oversee all aspects of projects from quoting through production and shipping. Working in our collaborative, high‐energy family business, you will bridge communication between Sales, factories, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to top quality standards. This position is based in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to transition new orders into active projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with factories and internal teams.
  • Set timelines, track progress, and provide regular updates to Sales and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project data in CRM/ERP systems in real time.
  • Support project budgeting, pricing schedules, and proposals.
  • Capture and coordinate milestones from internal and customer-facing meetings.
  • Review product specs, samples, and prototypes while guiding approvals into production.
  • Develop expert knowledge of company processes, production capabilities, and product offerings.
  • Participate in team huddles, project reviews, and weekly commercial meetings.
  • Consistently bring energy, positivity, and a solution-driven mindset to every interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, or social sciences (history, sociology, anthropology).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a team-first, problem-solving approach.
  • Driven to build a long-term career as part of a growing team.
