Position Overview

In this role, as a Direct Marketing Associate, you will engage in generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing while maintaining accurate records of prospective customers and the targeted market area. Compensation: Starting at $20.00 plus incentives and eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work vigorously to generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in your assigned territory as directed by the Direct Marketing Manager.
- Transport yourself to the designated territory and work independently while upholding Renewal by Andersen's professional standards.
- Utilize the Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately document house-to-house information and track data.
- Maintain a professional appearance with proper uniform and ensure compliance with all municipality requirements.
- Become well-versed in Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and current promotional offerings to serve as a Signature Service expert.
- Communicate with the Direct Marketing Manager to suggest improvements for the canvassing program’s effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Attend company meetings as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required OR a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 18 to be covered under the company's driving insurance policy.
- Reliable transportation to navigate the designated territory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets.
