In this role, as a Senior Finance Manager, you will own the numbers and provide insights to senior leaders, partnering closely to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long‐range planning. You will oversee core accounting operations, build and maintain financial models, and develop dashboards and KPIs that translate complex data into actionable business insights. In addition, you will continuously improve processes, systems, and internal controls as the business grows.
This position supports flexible work with an expectation for occasional in-person collaboration at our Seattle office.
Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with GAAP.
- Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, reforecasts, and long‐range financial models.
- Oversee core accounting operations including month-end and year-end closes, journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
- Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages with clear narratives and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain short- and long-term financial models incorporating business drivers and operational assumptions.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support executive, operational, and strategic needs.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead financial systems implementations and enhancements, including ERP, planning, and reporting tools.
- Translate financial results into insights by analyzing variances and communicating drivers and implications.
- Partner with senior leaders to align financial strategy with organizational objectives and assess trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
- Continuously improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality across finance and accounting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Required: 8-10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Experience Required: 3-5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems with the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and budget holders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualifications: CPA or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in a complex finance environment.
- Experience in professional services or project-based environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience using NetSuite or comparable ERP systems is a plus.
