Position Overview

Customer Service / Sales - Entry Level
Logistics Worldwide is one of the most progressive transportation management companies, dedicated to providing superior supply chain management services and best‐in‐class technology at competitive costs. This entry level position is designed to teach the right candidate the job skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment. The role involves making and receiving calls to assess customer freight needs and support internal teams in delivering outstanding service.

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $32,500 to $37,500 Annual Salary Plus Commission (plus up to 12% Commission on Gross Profit, with expected first year income estimated at $55,000+).

Key Responsibilities

  • Track freight shipments, perform data entry, apply basic accounting practices, and solve problems for clients.
  • Check on the statuses of loads regarding pickup and delivery dates and times.
  • Contact customers for receivable collections.
  • Communicate with carriers regarding load assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer and carrier interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of profitability, carrier satisfaction, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams on all aspects of the supply chain process.
  • Develop and maintain solid carrier relationships to improve client service.
  • Answer phones daily, route calls appropriately, and act as a leader by providing direction and support to other employees.
