Auto Sales Representative

Position Overview

Miramar Car Center is seeking an experienced sales team member dedicated to adding professionalism, productivity, and loyalty to our dealership. We pride ourselves on maintaining a small, tight-knit sales team where every member earns a healthy paycheck. With leads transferred directly to you – without intermediary BDC or Internet sales management – and abundant foot traffic due to our prime location right off the 15 freeway on Miramar Road, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of high-end vehicles, electrics, and trucks. Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Location: San Diego, CA 92126.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and follow up on prospects.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to maintain inventory and assist with marketing efforts.
• Uphold excellent customer service and communication standards throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience in automotive sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail sales and outbound sales techniques.
• Ability to negotiate and manage sales pipelines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management.
• Experience in upselling and high-end sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
