Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales and develop their skills in a supportive environment. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our products, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. You will also spend your initial months learning the operations in our office from the operations team directly.

Compensation: $62,804.00 - $69,900.00 per year
Shift: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities
Work Location: In person, Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales through persuasive communication techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus but not required.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently.
- A passion for sales and a desire to learn about technical sales processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also working independently.
