Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate to launch their career in technical sales and account management with Keysight. In this role, you'll combine your technical knowledge with business acumen to help customers solve complex challenges in wireless, energy, internet infrastructure, aerospace & defense, and other key industries.

  • Support the sales team in maintaining and growing customer accounts in the Midwest.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and help identify solutions to both standard and non-standard challenges.
  • Learn how to manage opportunities, track customer engagements, and build a healthy sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with solution partners and internal experts to deliver innovative test and measurement solutions.
  • Continuously learn about new products, applications, and technologies to support customer conversations.
  • Contribute to building long-term customer relationships and increasing Keysight's market presence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for technology and sales, with a keen interest in wireless, internet infrastructure, aerospace & defense, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset to help customers find creative solutions to unique challenges.
  • Willingness to travel overnight within the Midwest as needed.
