Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (US-based candidates only) to drive outbound lead generation and qualify prospects in the North American market for Master of Code Global (MOCG). With 2+ years of experience, advanced English skills, and a proven track record in sales development, you will play a key role in engaging decision makers from director to C-Suite levels. This role offers the potential to fast-track into an Account Executive position while working remotely in a dynamic, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospects within our ideal customer profile using strategic messaging and multi-channel outreach.
- Qualify leads through in-depth discovery to understand needs, pain points, and fit with our solutions.
- Strategically schedule and manage meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design outbound campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback to refine messaging and improve lead-generation tactics.
- Maintain and update detailed CRM records of all interactions with prospects.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
- Proven track record of generating outbound qualified leads and achieving targets/quotas.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with executive-level prospects.
- Expertise with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the North American market, particularly within higher-end mid-market and enterprise segments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech sales or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic and innovative environment.
