Position Overview

As a Production Support Analyst, you will ensure the stability and peak performance of critical production systems while bridging technology and business to support Citi’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and problems through their entire lifecycle to resolve complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as ITRS Geneos and Grafana for proactive issue detection.
• Design, develop, and implement custom tooling and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Elevate technical skills by working hands-on with Linux/Unix, SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), Python, and cloud containerization (Kubernetes).
• Coordinate with developers, business teams, and other technology partners to monitor and maintain a resilient end-to-end application environment.

Required Qualifications

• Graduating between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• No sponsorship required for U.S. work authorization, now or in the future.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to pass technical interviews including basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and critical attention to detail.
• Must be collaborative, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on agile teams is a plus.
• Exposure to global projects and cross-cultural collaboration.

• Annual Salary: $105,000 USD
• Competitive full-time salary range of $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD
