Key Responsibilities
- Build loyal relationships with front office staff, hygienists, and dentists by offering a unique perspective on the market
- Prospect for new customers and grow core accounts to exceed territory growth goals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- A POSITIVE CAN DO ATTITUDE with strong prospecting and closing skills
- Ability to teach, tailor, and assert control to obtain and maintain customer business
- Strong organizational skills with adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness and capability to travel a minimum of 25% of the year for trainings, national sales meetings, and industry events
- Outside direct sales experience in a monthly quota-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Dental sales experience is a plus
- Proven success in a sales role within a highly competitive market
- Clinical experience in a dental office
- BS/BA degree is preferred
