You will be trained in services such as oil changes, checking/filling fluids, and inspecting/replacing lights and wipers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication services, and tire rotations.
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues including lights, wipers, and fluid levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, track supplies, and operate tools in varied and challenging workspaces.
• Communicate effectively to ensure that all services are performed accurately and safely.

Required Qualifications

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process and achieve certification.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.
