Associate Content Designer

Position Overview

Our Associate Content Designers work with live service teams to drive the day-to-day creative work that keeps our games fun, fresh, and engaging.
Location: Orlando, Florida, United States of America

Key Responsibilities

• Create great content – Work with team members to develop features and programs that delight players.
• Ensure the highest quality – Test your creations and collaborate with the QA team to ensure functionality meets expectations.
• Service a 7 day a week game – Occasionally work off-hour shifts to provide continuous, engaging content for players.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of card games (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon) and an understanding of card gaming monetization.
• Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with experience in writing for published works and openly sharing ideas.
• Awareness of e-commerce within video games or similar platforms.
• Proficient with computers – experience using XML and SQL is essential.
• A passion for games – understanding what makes gameplay engaging and enjoyable.
• Creative and collaborative mindset with an active and curious approach to work.
• American Football fandom is a plus, although not a requirement.
