Ordering Specialist I - Texas Call Center Agent Home-based

Position Overview

Our Ordering Specialists are responsible for speaking with Guests to receive their takeout or delivery orders and place those orders through our software. You will deliver excellent service for well-known restaurant brands such as Applebee’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Habit Burger, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage guest takeout or delivery orders in the ordering platform while providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Utilize effective communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales and efficiency metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Must have hardwired internet service connected directly from modem to computer via ethernet cable with 25+ mbps download and 2+ mbps upload speeds (speed test required).
• Must utilize a personal computer during the first week of training (a company computer will be provided afterwards).
• Must provide your own noise-canceling headset with a USB plug-in (wireless/Bluetooth are not compatible).
• Ability to navigate computer systems, accurately enter information, learn menus, and deliver on product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Total compensation: From $12.15 per hour with bonus potential ($150/month for part-time or $300 for full-time) plus opportunities to increase your hourly rate with additional responsibilities.
