The Senior Director of FP&A for T Mobile for Business (TFB) serves as the chief financial partner to TFB’s multi‐billion dollar portfolio. You will lead a high performing team of approximately 30 finance professionals in subscriber planning, revenue forecasting, expense management, and capital investment strategy. This role is responsible for delivering high quality financial insights, driving strategic financial plans, and guiding the business through complex financial decisions across multiple segments.

Salary: $197,500 - $267,300 Compensation: 35% Corporate Bonus Target

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end financial planning cycles for TFB including subscriber forecasts, revenue outlooks, expense management, and long range plans in support of a complex, high growth business.
  • Provide strategic thought partnership to senior executives across sales, marketing, operations, product, and service delivery organizations to translate business strategies into financial outcomes.
  • Oversee consolidated P&L, segment contribution, labor/FTE planning, and cross-functional financial alignment.
  • Direct capital planning for TFB including evaluation of multi-year investment needs, prioritization, and ROI analyses.
  • Oversee the creation and review of business cases for product launches, network investments, customer experience initiatives, channel programs, and enterprise growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Network organizations to assess capital returns, optimize investment, and strengthen the capital reporting framework.
  • Lead channel performance analysis, customer lifetime value (CLV) modeling, pricing/incentive evaluation, and segment level financial comparisons.
  • Deliver recurring insights for senior leadership on subscriber trends, churn/retention performance, channel profitability, and commercial initiative outcomes.
  • Support initiative planning with scenario modeling, sensitivity assessments, and recommendations for optimal financial outcomes.
  • Strengthen management reporting suites and business dashboards that enable timely, data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain a robust financial controls framework ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency in forecasting, capitalization, and expense management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data governance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 FP&A professionals across TFB’s lines of business and channel finance teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and partnership, empowering the team to deliver impactful insights and serve as trusted advisors to the business.
  • Collaborate with HR and FP&A leadership on workforce planning, career development, and talent strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership roles supporting large, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leading multi-segment or subscription-based businesses with high growth expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and influence senior executives.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, capital analysis, CLV metrics, and business case development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive-ready storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, capital analysis, CLV metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and strategic partnership skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
