Position Overview
At Gallery Media Group— a modern media company on a mission to 'Make Positivity Louder'— the Manager, Influencer Marketing role works closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to execute influencer partnerships for a variety of clients. This full-time position is mostly remote with required monthly visits to the NYC office.
Key Responsibilities
- Source influencers that fit the correct demographic and audience for each campaign and keep a pulse on trending influencers.
- Educate the team on and utilize influencer marketing tools to assess and find ideal partners.
- Manage campaign communications—including client updates and primary contact with influencer partners.
- Oversee the content creation process, ensuring deliverables are met, approved, and posted efficiently.
- Organize campaign details in internal drives and orchestrate the contracting process with influencer partners while addressing any hurdles.
- Retrieve campaign results and develop actionable insights.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships within the influencer space and stay informed on platform updates and trends.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media influencer strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with paid social media to support influencer campaigns.
- Proven ability to negotiate legal contracts with influencers.
- Experience working with influencer and content management tools, including familiarity with beauty creators.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects against strict deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills as part of a cross-functional team.
