Field Technician

Position Overview

Trained to provide a world-class customer experience, you will educate and connect more Americans with every home you visit.

Compensation: $20.75/Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home technologies.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently and staying connected with your team.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Schedule Flexibility – willingness to travel and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability – climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet/maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer Focus – build trust and create an outstanding customer experience.
• Problem-Solving – tackle a variety of challenges in the field.
• Determination – work effectively in tight spaces and under all weather conditions.
• Adaptability – handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.
