We are seeking a Cyber Watch Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis management, coordinating across multiple agency-specific watch officers and leading high-stakes incident responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous security monitoring and cyber threat analysis for Federal Government networks.
- Coordinate responses across multiple agency-specific Watch Officers.
- Lead the coordinated incident response process for cybersecurity events.
- Deliver reports and intelligence analysis to leadership to support risk-based decision-making.
- Operate across both classified and unclassified networks.
- Support 24x7x365 operations with shift flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, watch officer duties, or incident response.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity operations within the Federal Government.
- Experience supporting cyber watch across both classified and unclassified networks.
- IAT Level II Compliance (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent certification).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cybersecurity operations in Intelligence Community networks.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
