Key Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through comprehensive career development solutions including interview preparation and portfolio upskilling.

• Support candidates in overcoming challenges like lack of experience, career breaks, or limited technical competency.
• Offer Skill Enhancement Programs for those who need to boost their technical skills.
• Assist with filing procedures for STEM extension, H1B, and Green Card applications.

Required Qualifications

For Java/Software Programmers:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience with Java and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, or related software programming languages.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For Data Science/Machine Learning (if applicable):

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science or Engineering).
• Highly motivated with a keen interest in data and analytics.
• Knowledge of statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Experience in software programming and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NLP, Text mining, Tableau, or Time series analysis (especially for Data Science roles).
