Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Position Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join their team. This full‑time, in‑house role is based onsite in Chicago (Lisle) and Dallas, with work scheduled Monday to Friday in the office. Compensation: $50-65K. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing SEO strategies to boost keyword rankings and drive organic traffic to clients’ websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaign configurations to drive organic growth.
• Utilize Google and Bing services—including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google My Business, and Bing Places—to analyze and optimize SEO performance.
• Craft and execute both local and long‑tail search strategies to enhance visibility and attract targeted traffic.
• Provide regular, detailed reports on search performance and SEO metrics to the project management and senior management teams.
• Develop an innovative link building plan for incoming and recurring clients.
• Define the requirements, tasks, and resources necessary for successful SEO strategy implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Computer Science, Business).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
