Position Overview

At Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC), we’re seeking a driven and experienced Technology Staffing Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. If you excel in outbound prospecting, building new client relationships, and driving revenue within a fast-paced staffing and solutions environment, this role is for you. With over 25 years of proven success, ITC is recognized nationwide as a trusted technology staffing partner—and we’re looking for a sales professional who can expand our reach and grow strategic accounts.
Location: Remote, but candidates must work Pacific Time Zone hours
Compensation: Base salary $65–80k + benefits + uncapped commissions

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and strategic relationship-building.
  • Leverage your existing book of business and long-standing client relationships to open new accounts and expand ITC’s footprint.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across IT, Security, Engineering, and Digital disciplines.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present ITC’s staffing and technology solutions.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure successful fulfillment, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle—from first contact through negotiations, deal closing, and ongoing account growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline data within our CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, workforce dynamics, and market conditions to better position ITC’s services.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally within IT staffing, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building new business from cold outreach.
  • Strong prospecting skills with comfort in high-volume outreach and persistent follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
  • A proactive, competitive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
