Job Description

Position Overview

Fiducient Advisors provides tailored and personalized investment consulting services to clients including retirement plan sponsors, endowments, foundations, private clients, and financial institutions nationwide. With over 200 professionals, our mission is to help clients prosper. The Consulting Analyst works closely with Investment Consultants to deliver a superior client experience through thorough analysis of private wealth portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead portfolio evaluation/financial planning reviews for new clients in collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Evaluate and construct investment policy statements in line with clients’ objectives, risk tolerance, and restrictions.
  • Develop asset allocation, perform financial planning analysis, and select fund managers including modeling and portfolio optimization.
  • Collaborate with Investment Research and Performance Analytics to create customized client reports and optimal reporting solutions.
  • Facilitate all aspects of client account administration, including trade rebalancing and executing approved trading requests.
  • Analyze and implement investment decisions, portfolio reallocations, and rebalancing while addressing ongoing client needs.
  • Respond to client and vendor requests, audit inquiries, and follow-up on meeting action items in a timely manner.
  • Conduct special ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.
  • Engender a team-based and collaborative approach while working independently and taking accountability for work product.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Investing, or Economics.
  • 2-5 years of financial services industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and knowledge of mutual funds, investment managers, and asset allocation principles.
  • CFA or CFP designation, or progress toward certification(preferred).

  • Compensation:Base salary range of $75,000-$95,000 with potential for performance-based incentives. The final offer will depend on experience, credentials, education, and geographic location.
