Position Overview

We are seeking outgoing, fashion-forward women to join our team—a perfect blend of retail sales associate, model, and customer service representative. If you're passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities

• Model our women's apparel line during work hours to inspire and connect with customers.
• Master and utilize our POS systems to process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain merchandise displays to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Upsell products by showcasing exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of our offerings.
• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay updated on current trends to provide personalized styling advice and elevate the shopping experience.
• Assist with event setups, including organizing and steaming samples; support event breakdowns by packing samples and office supplies.

Required Qualifications

• Fits a women's size 0-6, as modeling clothing during work hours is part of the role.
• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Reliable transportation to the Dallas Market Center is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication and upselling skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when necessary.
