Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Order, receive, deliver, and put-away all OR supplies in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring delivery to the appropriate department(s) and performing QA random checks as per policy.
- Manage inventory for the OR by evaluating Min/Max levels, reviewing daily storeroom stock, and counting PAR level areas (POU areas) according to schedule.
- Process returns appropriately in accordance with established policies.
- Perform case picking for scheduled, add-on, and emergent cases.
- Ensure items have appropriate MedTag barcodes, rotate stock to prevent out-of-date products, perform expiration checks, and assist with cross referencing items in Optiflex as needed.
- Transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices as authorized.
- Work flexible, rotating shifts when required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous inventory or customer service experience.
- Some hospital experience is helpful.
