Position Overview

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is the world's leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, dedicated to turning vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers. In this role, you will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and current owners, effectively communicate the benefits of traveling with our company, and generate sales through face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations at our award-winning resorts.
  • Establish rapport and find commonality with prospective and current owners.
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
  • Generate sales through effective transaction initiation and proper closing techniques.
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license.
  • Able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Must maintain production standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality with excellent objection handling skills.

  • Compensation: During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $17.25 plus commissions and bonuses. After training, compensation is the state's minimum wage plus commissions and bonuses. The target annual compensation ranges from $80,000 to $250,000+ for top performers.
