Job Description

Position Overview

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking an Account Executive who meets and exceeds local and national sales goals by selling our outstanding inventory to qualified advertisers. In this role, you will develop new business through direct customer outreach and high-level agency contacts, and maintain long-term advertising relationships by presenting comprehensive proposals with competitive, profitable pricing in collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across a broad range of digital and printed inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships while persuasively communicating strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct outside sales activities including obtaining orders and/or contracts, even when away from the office or home office.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating all aspects of customer accounts with creative, operations, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Determine project pricing based on management guidelines, negotiate fees or services with clients, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients and accompany them on market tours of outdoor media sites.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with Ad Ops and other internal departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience with a demonstrated track record in business-to-business selling.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
  • Ability to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time, with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Media sales experience and a proven track record in building and managing client accounts.
