Job Description

Position Overview

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and work remotely for our Industrial Automation team. In this role, you will impact the company's success by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.

Compensation

  • California, New York (excluding most major metro areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii: $70,100 - $87,600 annually.
  • Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California: $80,600 - $100,700 annually.
  • This position is Incentive Plan Eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of sites, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • US Citizenship/Status Requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, have protected status under asylum/refugee, or be eligible to obtain export approval.
