Entry Level Marketing Representative

Position Overview

Join Weed Man—North America’s largest lawn care company—as a full‑time entry‑level marketing representative/outside lead generator. In this role you will interact with homeowners, conduct outdoor lead generation, and potentially advance into a Lawn Care Technician position during the warmer months. Key Responsibilities

• October to April – Join the Marketing and Promotions team to travel in residential neighborhoods, introduce Weed Man services, and generate leads without any selling involved.
• Work Monday to Friday (10:00 am–6:00 pm) and on Saturdays as required by Branch Managers.
• April to October – Option to work as a Lawn Care Technician applying lawn care products to customers’ lawns, working from 6:30 am to approximately 4:30 pm.
• Maintain a professional approach and help uphold the company’s reputation through quality customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can‑do attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions, including winter.
• Driver's License is required.
• Availability to work on Saturdays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in Landscaping, Agronomics/Horticulture, Lawn/Garden Maintenance, or Forestry/Arborist fields.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Lead Generation/Marketing roles.
• Background in general labour or seasonal work is an asset.
