Account Executives: DSCR and Fix & Flip Lending

Position Overview

As anAccount Executiveat LendingDeck, you will join a growing lending company dedicated to providing competitive loan products, exceptional support, and a family-style management team. Your role is to locate and assist residential real estate investors with financing, build long-lasting relationships, and enable our clients to achieve success. You'll benefit from a unique compensation structure where you keep 100% of the origination fee and yield spread premium earned—after deducting the small in-house processing fees. Work Location: Remote from home or office based (Richmond, VA) with the flexibility to set your own schedule, whether part-time or full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate, contact, and qualify residential real estate investors for financing
• Calculate loan scenarios and issue pre-approval letters
• Generate quotes and term sheets for clients
• Collaborate with the in-house loan processing team
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Close 3+ loans per month

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ sales experience with fix & flip loans or DSCR rental loans
• Proficiency with computer, laptop, and phone usage
• Strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to quickly grasp numerical concepts
