Position Overview

PLZ is committed to product stewardship, innovation, and the development of our people. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will contribute to producing over 2,500 diverse products – from household cleaning solutions to personal care items – at facilities across the continent. This role is on the 1st shift (5am – 3:30pm) with Compensation: $17.00 Per Hour, offering you the support needed to build a rewarding career in a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out production based on the daily schedule or specific duties given by management
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow GMP guidelines
• Inspect all goods for quality and defects; notify QC and/or management of any deviations
• Setup machinery and ensure all materials are QC approved and readily available
• Follow and enforce all SOPs and Work Instructions for filling, sanitation, and operations
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out adequately and legibly
• Effectively monitor production equipment
• Notify management immediately of any noticeable safety or maintenance issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team oriented and self-directed with the ability to motivate others
• Familiarity with machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Commitment to quality, safety, and clear communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
• Strong production line skills with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends
