Position Overview

Blattner is seeking grading, electrical, and installation laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support the construction of renewable energy projects, contributing to a clean energy future. Key Responsibilities

• Carrying, handling, assembling, and installing materials
• Operating general carpentry and hand tools (e.g., drills, tape measure, power saws, etc.)
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Performing other labor-related responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
• High School diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combinations of training and experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol screening
• Past labor experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction experience in electrical, solar, or civil trades
• Forklift experience
