Job Description

Position Overview

Pima Federal Credit Union of Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time CRB Analyst to support our Cannabis Related Business (CRB) Banking Program. In this role, you will manage established high-risk Cannabis Related Businesses, provide exceptional member service, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while analyzing data trends and maintaining strong banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage banking relationships for established Cannabis Related Businesses.
  • Assist members with day-to-day account functions including online access, wire and ACH origination, and account maintenance.
  • Conduct ongoing account reviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure all regulatory reporting and documentation requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Department to uphold regulatory standards and maintain a secure CRB banking program.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience in a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of general financial institution policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel to various branch locations, member sites, and networking events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Cannabis banking experience.
  • One year of BSA/AML compliance experience.
