The Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Corporate Technologies plays a pivotal role in defining the technology vision and strategy for PVH’s digital and physical supply chains while advancing the Corporate Technologies team’s objectives. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive, fully integrated application suite—from Product Planning to Product Delivery—supported by a rolling multi-year roadmap, and for partnering with senior business and technology leaders in shaping next-generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set industry-leading direction for PVH’s Global Supply Chain and Corporate Technologies application suite.
  • Own the full cycle of strategy—from investigation and definition to development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Recommend and drive industry standards and best practices across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid architectures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to PVH’s C-suite, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology delivery.
  • Investigate, define, and shape the portfolio for supply chain and corporate technologies while managing cross-portfolio investments.
  • Guide program or project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top Global Supply Chain and Corporate Technologies talent while co-managing vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years in Global Supply Chain & Corporate application and technology strategy development within multinational companies.
  • Proven leadership experience driving large ERP implementations (especially SAP S4) and complex people transformations.
  • Expertise in digital and physical supply chain technology trends including planning, sourcing, ERP, sustainability, and logistics; familiarity with financial systems like SAP SCA, Ariba, and HR systems like Workday.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to manage cross-portfolio programs and projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
