Full Time and Part Time Night Auditor positions

Position Overview

Hyatt Place Fort Myers at the Forum – 2600 Champion Ring Rd., Fort Myers, FL 33905. Join our growing team at Oliver Companies, a leading property management company headquartered in Duluth, MN and operating since 1978. We specialize in hotel development and management with properties flying flags from Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Marriott.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and address all guest inquiries promptly
• Register and process guests upon arrival and departure
• Exhibit telephone courtesy and professionalism
• Attend to guest needs by listening carefully and anticipating additional requirements
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of public areas and the hotel office
• Apply effective selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy
• Complete daily management operations reports ensuring accuracy
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and the local area
• Adhere to the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies
• Assist with safety procedures for guests and team members
• Support team members and other departments to contribute to operational efficiency
• Deliver amenities and general assistance to guests as requested
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications

• Requires previous front desk hotel experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
• Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner

Compensation

Salary: $16 - $17 per hour
