Position Overview

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall Customer Support strategy and operating model aligned with company objectives
  • Lead and scale a multi-layered Customer Support organization, including hiring and developing future leaders
  • Establish best-in-class SLAs and track KPIs related to customer satisfaction and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 8 - 10+ years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Experience leadership in a SaaS environment
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire and retain high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in customer support operations, processes, and systems
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting headcount
  • Proven ability to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
