Position Overview

Job Summary: Provide safe, competent, patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. Actively participate as a member of the Nursing Team and support our organizational culture for Service Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, competent, patient-centered care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
  • Assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering quality care.
  • Actively participate as a member of the Nursing Team in the assigned unit/department.
  • Support and uphold the organizational culture for Service Excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid CNA certificate.
  • De-escalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in the required specialty.
  • BLS certification (or obtained during orientation).
  • Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
