What We are Looking for:

• We are seeking a friendly and helpful Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing excellent support to our customers through phone, fax, or email.
• Previous experience in medical terminology, medical billing or related is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet expected call volume metrics daily.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette skills.
• Must be able to read and write English fluently.
• REGULAR ATTENDANCE IS ESSENTIAL!

What You Will Do:

• Assist incoming callers with questions and inquiries about their Durable Medical Equipment.
• Answer customers' questions about product use and insurance coverage.
• Make sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Finalizes orders and sends information to the billing team.

Important Details:

Location: On Site - New Hope, MN

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $18.50 - 22.00 Per Hour
