Job Description

Position Overview

ProSidian is seeking an Entry Level Finance Manager (Finance Manager [COC0044043]) for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract. The role is located CONUS – Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region. In this position you will support staffing augmentation and recruiting services within the Government and Public Services Sector, serving clients such as the City of Charlotte and Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). This opportunity may transition from a Contractor (1099 or W-2) to a full-time W-2 position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complex financial models.
  • Prepare variance reports and forecasts.
  • Advise leadership on financial trends.
  • Support budget strategy development and prepare presentations for board or stakeholders.
  • Work closely with finance leadership to fulfill project requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in the Government and Public Services Sector.
  • Functional and technical expertise related to finance within this industry.
