Position Overview

Join Our Team as a Technical Service Representative (TSR) at Customer Engineering Services, LLC (CES). In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical support including installation, maintenance, on-site repairs, and operator training for clients nationwide. Located in Tulsa, OK, you’ll enjoy Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly while working autonomously to make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues using technical and mechanical skills
  • Install, update, and remove equipment as needed
  • Build strong relationships with customers and client personnel
  • Provide informal training to enhance machine performance
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting on all service activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adapt to daily task changes, long-distance travel, and occasional overnight stays

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Formal technical training or 1-3 years of experience with electromechanical equipment preferred
  • Comfort with tools, troubleshooting, and using technology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to travel long distances and adjust to changing schedules
  • A valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record
