Position Overview
Join Our Team as a Technical Service Representative (TSR) at Customer Engineering Services, LLC (CES). In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical support including installation, maintenance, on-site repairs, and operator training for clients nationwide. Located in Tulsa, OK, you’ll enjoy Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly while working autonomously to make a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues using technical and mechanical skills
- Install, update, and remove equipment as needed
- Build strong relationships with customers and client personnel
- Provide informal training to enhance machine performance
- Complete accurate and timely reporting on all service activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adapt to daily task changes, long-distance travel, and occasional overnight stays
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Formal technical training or 1-3 years of experience with electromechanical equipment preferred
- Comfort with tools, troubleshooting, and using technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to travel long distances and adjust to changing schedules
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record
