Software Developer (Kofax / Laserfiche) - Pontiac, MI

Position Overview

DTS is looking for an experienced Software Developer (Kofax / Laserfiche) for our direct client position in Pontiac, MI. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications within a Microsoft-based environment using Kofax scanning solutions, Laserfiche DMS, .NET, and VB6.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a skilled Software Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications.
• Leverage Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Azure DevOps to build and deploy solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop integrations between document management systems, implement and automate scanning workflows, and provide production support including troubleshooting issues.
• Customize and enhance Laserfiche solutions and produce technical documentation such as program specifications, data models, and architecture diagrams.
• Must be available on-site at the OCIT Building a MINIMUM of two days a week.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Kofax scanning solutions and Laserfiche DMS.
• Proficiency in .NET and VB6 development.
• Experience using Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrable experience in MS SQL.
