Job Summary:

They are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Controller to help build and automate processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and support the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be process-driven and open-minded, with a strong background in finance and technology. You will play a pivotal role in building out the company's finance functions and structure, while leading various projects to drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and automate financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives to support company growth.
• Leverage the latest technology and AI to innovate and streamline finance operations.
• Oversee and manage company finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead and manage various finance-related projects to improve operational performance.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role within a professional services environment.
• Expertise in QuickBooks is a must.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, automation, and technology.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Open-minded and adaptable to change, with a continuous improvement mindset.
