Position Overview

Ace Concepts is looking for our next Entry Level Customer Support Representative to join our rapidly expanding Customer Service and Sales Team in the Long Island area! We are seeking a goal-oriented, determined, self-starting individual who will receive comprehensive sales and administrative training along with leadership development to master the customer service and sales cycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify, educate, and complete the sales process directly with customers based on their individualized needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the introduction of a customer account to closing the sale.
  • Respond to complaints, resolve issues, and effectively answer questions regarding products/services during and after the sale.
  • Utilize negotiation skills when recommending new sales opportunities.
  • Present additional discounts, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitate the growth of customer accounts by consistently meeting daily and weekly KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail sales, restaurant industry, customer service).
  • Self-confident, professional, and maintains an upbeat demeanor.
  • Driven and goal-oriented working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Discipline and professionalism in adhering to company procedures for sales, customer service, and compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Management, Communications, Sales, or Entrepreneurship.
