Position Overview
The Summer Digital Marketing Intern will join Endeavor’s Marketing & Communications (MarComm) team in New York City. Working closely with local MarComm teams across 45+ countries, the intern will help amplify the stories of Endeavor Entrepreneurs by supporting content distribution, social media, and community management initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in developing and optimizing global content strategies. As part of the Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program, which spans 10 weeks, interns work on meaningful projects alongside teams in Partnerships, Platforms, Marketing, and more. The program is hybrid – with three days per week on-site at Endeavor Global’s HQ in Downtown Manhattan – and provides opportunities for deep dives into public speaking, résumé workshops, networking, and leadership fireside chats. Endeavor is the leading global community of High-Impact Entrepreneurs in emerging markets, connecting innovators from Nairobi to Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Management & Engagement: Support day-to-day community management across Endeavor’s social media channels by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations with a global audience.
- Research & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct research on peer organizations and competitors to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to enhance Endeavor’s social media and content distribution strategies.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Create and support content across various channels, including writing social media captions, drafting newsletter copy, and assisting with visual asset development.
- Marketing Operations & Team Support: Provide general support to the MarComm team across campaigns, content calendars, and reporting to contribute to the execution of global marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled undergraduate student.
- Interests / Areas of Focus: Strong interest in communications, public relations, marketing, digital media, social media, or advertising.
- Skills / Tools: Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; strong writing skills and comfort with digital platforms preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
