Position Overview

We here at the Aaron Lowry Agency are hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team! Our insurance agency is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and we're up to big things – providing Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. Compensation: We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. Our compensation plan offers a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses. Salary: $50,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success.
  • Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Required Qualifications

  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (if you don't have one, we help train and cover the licensing cost).
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required (if you don't have one, we provide training and cover the licensing cost).
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus.
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, coachability, motivation, and determination.
