Position Overview

Based out of our Effingham, IL office, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support—managing high volumes of incoming calls and ensuring prompt, effective service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large volume of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high levels of service.
  • Field customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions/alternatives efficiently.
  • Enter service tickets to ensure prompt customer service.
  • Support Security Surveillance monitoring utilizing a closed-circuit system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using a multi-line switchboard.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
