Position Overview

Laundry Luv is expanding – and we're looking for a Digital Marketing & Franchise Growth Manager to help grow our brand and support franchise development. In this role, you'll manage social media, content, and digital marketing for Laundry Luv across all channels, including corporate and franchise locations, ensuring consistent brand engagement. You will support franchise growth by collaborating with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that attract new franchisees and strengthen our national presence. This position involves creating brand-aligned designs for digital and in-store use, crafting blog copy, producing social media content, supporting grand openings, and executing community events while bringing creative ideas to life locally and implementing broader brand strategies. Laundry Luv, established in 2019 and known for its clean, luxurious locations and friendly staff, is a community-focused business dedicated to supporting initiatives like childhood literacy and neighborhood outreach. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts for corporate and franchise locations.
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content that reflects the brand voice and connects with customers.
  • Design and edit social media graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with videography partners to produce storytelling content, including commercials and YouTube videos.
  • Create branded marketing materials for digital, print, and in-store use.
  • Support franchisees with templated designs for local campaigns and ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive customer traffic and franchise interest.
  • Manage digital advertising to drive franchise sales and collaborate with leadership to nurture franchise leads through marketing funnels.
  • Write blog content that highlights brand values, community involvement, and what makes Laundry Luv special.
  • Develop SEO-friendly website content to attract new customers and potential franchise owners.
  • Repurpose content across social media and email campaigns, including writing monthly newsletters for investors, franchisees, and customers.
  • Support marketing planning and promotion for grand openings and community events, including coordinating event materials, signage, and digital announcements.
  • Assist new franchisees with marketing onboarding, including social media setup and launch campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Service-minded with a motivation to make a positive impact and help people.
  • Strong experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent writing skills for creating social media captions, blog posts, and other digital content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about building a unique brand and contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Experience with event marketing or franchise marketing is a plus.
