Business Analyst, Adobe Experience Manager-Remote

Position Overview

Merkle, a dentsu company, powers the experience economy and has been at the forefront of digital business transformation for over 35 years. As the Business Analyst, you will help bridge the gap between our clients’ needs and technical solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. Collaborate with Agile teams to define and deliver user stories, acceptance criteria, and solutions. You will report to a Business Analyst Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements, converting them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Agile teams to ensure business requirements are understood, tracked, and delivered.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to align solutions with platform capabilities and client needs.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet acceptance criteria.
• Maintain clear communication across all team members and ensure quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its main features.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
